Background
Poonawatta is a respected 5 star rated winery in Eden Valley. They came to us in 2017 to seeking urgent assistance with an online wine offer. Their then current eCommerce provider had moved to another field and was no longer supporting wine sales customers.

We stepped in to help them with a simple campaign and from there built a new eCommerce website and helped with further strategy and marketing initiatives.

For years we have fumbled our way through our web site management, social media communications and ad-hoc newsletters to our data base. With a focus on quality wine production, the reality was that when it came to internet marketing, we were amateurs at best. The world of best practice web design, social media management, google and mail chimp at a professional level is a different language- and one we didn’t speak very well. Working with Tania has opened our eyes, and opened up opportunities- she speaks the language fluently! We now have a professional, tangible, measurable and manageable internet marketing platform, supported by structure and strategy
