Our Website Design and Development Process

This is the proven process we use to move your website build along. We explain it here to help you understand how it all works. Through each stage of the process, we do ensure you have input and sign off before we move to the next stage. The Brief

Once you think you would like to work with us and have made contact, we then send you a Website Project Worksheet to complete. In our questionnaire, we ask questions to uncover the truth about why you need a new website and exactly what it is you are trying to achieve.

The Sitemap

Once we have all the information needed, we then build a visual sitemap so we can all get on the same page very quickly about what it is we are trying to communicate and the best way to structure the information for best user experience. Here’s one we created for a client a while back.

The Mockup

After sign off of the sitemap, we then build a wire frame mockup of the Home page of the website. This shows were we will position components using best practice in the design layout. Here is one we built earlier.

The Design

Now this is where the fun begins because we get to bring something beautiful to life.  We bring that old wire frame mockup to life with colours, images and more – all matching your brand identity.

The Delivery

Finally, we go to ground, test and make sure everything is plugged in and before deploying your new website to your hosting server so you can show it off to the whole world. Here is the same website fully deployed.
